Brent has been a member of the Dark Star Records Family for many years now with some of his past Projects. The New Album “What Have We Become” has an All Star Lineup of Guest Vocalists including Tim “Ripper” Owens Ex Judas Priest Singer, “Loathar Keller” of Sacred Dawn, The Skull, “Scott Huffman” Lords of Meat and More!
Sullvation is the new solo project of bassist, songwriter, producer, and mastering engineer, Brent Sullivan. Part of the US hard rock and metal scene for more than 40 years, Brent Sullivan has been a co-founding member of the cult metal heroes from Chicago, Illinois, Slauter Xstroyes that released their debut album “Winter Kill” in 1985, and has been one of the most sought underground metal albums of the ’80s. Slauter Xstroyes was a band ahead of its time, with a technical power and progressive metal style that no one performed in the early ’80s. Furthermore, Brent Sullivan has been also a co-founding member of Winter Kill and Mindwarp Chamber, and he has been also involved with many more bands and projects, including, Spirit Web and David Shankle Group, among others.
“I’ve been wanting to do a solo release for at least the last 30 years but time was limited while involved with other projects”, Brent Sullivan notes, “I decided to include several top singers I’ve always respected as appose to just one and include several local lead guitarists I could get involved from my hometown, Illinois and beyond”. ~ Brent Sullivan
