Jezebeth “World Premiere Teaser Video” And New Website

This year has been very successful for the JEZEBETH Movie Franchise. After signing a 6 figure multi picture deal with The Phoenix Group, the franchise partners Damien Dante and Jeffrey A Swanson had their world premiere. This star studded event was held at the historic Portage Theater in Chicago, on Sunday, June 5, 2011. The cast arrived via a white stretch limousine and continued down the red carpet. The evening was filled with celebrity guests and the cutting of the red carpet. The audience was also treated to a 15 minute intro to the movie by Director Damien Dante plus Executive Producers Jeffrey A Swanson and Lloyd Freeze.


After the screening the cast mingled with guests, took pictures and signed autographed posters. The entire event was captured on video and the filmmakers plan on releasing an extended bonus video of the world premiere. In the meantime the films editor Brian Tedeschi and the producers have put together a teaser video which is now available on YouTube. In other news, the graphics department over at SGL Entertainment have just launched the new jezebeth.com social interactive website. This new website allows fans to comment, share, tweet, vote and more on Jezebeth related topics. And, the new website is mobile friendly, so you can always get the latest Jezebeth news right on your smart phone. The future looks bright for the Jezebeth franchise, including the up and coming news about the new TV Series. Next month will have more news about the first pilot episode, now shooting. Jezebeth “World Premiere” To Be Held At The Portage Theater

The much anticipated world premiere screening of the vampire horror film Jezebeth, will be held at the historic Portage Theater in Chicago, on Sunday, June 5, 2011. This historic theater can seat up to 1,400 people and has a giant screen that will bring the demon Jezebeth to you in a larger than life presentation. The Portage Theater was also one of the settings for Johnny Depp’s movie Public Enemies. The screening will officially kick off the Jezebeth film franchise, including the Jezebeth cable series pilot filming this summer. SGL Entertainment and Satania 6 Films in association with Dark Star Records have recently signed a six figure multi picture movie deal with The Phoenix Group. This worldwide deal includes foreign and domestic rights to Jezebeth, Jezebeth II, Jezebeth III, the Jezebeth cable series pilot and more. The future looks bright for the Jezebeth filmmakers, cast and crew. And, this will be the first public screening of this soon to be cult classic horror film. Kelsey Kozak Models For Dark Star Records

SGL Entertainment is pleased to announce that Kelsey Kozak is the featured model for the new Dark Star Records Promotional Campaign. Kelsey will be featured on postcards, merchandise, advertisements and more. Kelsey Kozak had a lead role in the music video “Fragile” performed by the band “Shatter Their Illusion”. Kelsey also has dual roles in Damien Dante’s new horror film “Jezebeth”. The Horror Vampire Film “Jezebeth” Lands a Six Figure Deal With The Phoenix Group

SGL Entertainment and Satania 6 Films in association with Dark Star Records have signed a six figure multi picture movie deal with The Phoenix Group. This worldwide deal includes foreign and domestic rights to Jezebeth, Jezebeth II, Jezebeth III, the Jezebeth cable series pilot and more. The Phoenix Group who also represent the films: Boggy Creek, Renfield and Abduction have offices in Palm Desert California, Boca Raton Florida and Atlanta Georgia. Jezebeth the Motion Picture was written, directed and produced by Damien Dante along with Executive producers Jeffrey A Swanson and Lloyd Freeze. The film stars Bree Michaels as Jezebeth. Bud Schaffer the CEO from the Phoenix group told the two franchise partners Damien and Jeffrey that he was very impressed with the teaser trailers, name, logo, graphics, media and press that he had seen. And, also that the promo video “The Girls of Jezebeth Storm Hot Topic” was proof that Jezebeth had it all. The Phoenix Group will be taking Jezebeth to MIPTV in Cannes, France from April 4-7, 2011 and this is only the beginning. With two more motion pictures and a television show in the works, Jezebeth stands ready to devastate anything in her path…

Ari Lehman “The First Jason” From Friday The 13th Signs With Dark Star Records

We are pleased to announce that horror icon “Ari Lehman” and his band “First Jason” have signed with Dark Star Records. Ari Lehman is the actor/singer who had the unique honor of having played the role of the First Jason Voorhees in the Paramount Classic Horror Film “Friday the 13th” (1980). The original “Boy In The Lake” himself, Ari played a crucial role in the film’s famous final scene, in which he suddenly emerges from the icy waters of Crystal Lake. Working with Special Effects Master Tom Savini at an early age gave Ari a deep appreciation for the Horror Greats including Lon Chaney, Bela Lugosi, Boris Karloff and Vincent Price. Since his shocking debut in Friday The 13th, Ari Lehman has been quite busy with his Horror Rock Band “FIRSTJASON” who have performed at HORRORHOUND WEEKEND, FANGORIA WEEKEND OF HORRORS, ROCK AND SHOCK, TEXAS FEAR FEST, and FLASHBACK WEEKEND Horror Conventions, as well as THE MILWAUKEE METAL MASSACRE and many of the top Punk/Metal venues throughout the MidWest. ARI LEHMAN has appeared in E!, Entertainment Weekly, Blender Magazine, Chicago Reader, The Chicago-Sun Times, Illinois Entertainer, Denver CBS4-TV News, and Fangoria Radio. He has also appeared at Horror events in Germany, Holland and the United Kingdom. And now “First Jason” is about to unleash their Self Titled Album “Worldwide” through Dark Star Records and their digital partners IODA / Sony Music.

Jezebeth Movie To Feature Song From Original Scorpions Drummer Herman Rarebell

The vampire horror film “Jezebeth” is in its final stages of production and will now feature the song “Your Love Is Hurting” by platinum recording artist Herman Rarebell. “This movie is loaded with great music but this really adds a whole new dimension to the film” quotes Jeffrey A Swanson one of the executive producers and the music supervisor for the film. “I am honored to have the original drummer for the Scorpions Herman Ze German Rarebell included in our movie and on the soundtrack” replies Damien Dante Director, writer and producer of the film Jezebeth. Herman penned the lyrics for some of the most classic songs of the Scorpions entire history, including Rock You Like a Hurricane, Make It Real, Dynamite, Blackout, Arizona, Bad Boys Running Wild, Don’t Stop At the Top and Tease Me Please Me among countless others. “Your Love Is Hurting” could very well be another platinum song for Herman Rarebell but for us it was just the perfect song for a particular scene in the movie Jezebeth, and for that we are very elated. The movie will be available worldwide in 2011 and stars Bree Michaels as Jezebeth.
